The Erode College of Pharmacy is one of the premier institution of Pharmaceutical Education & Research was established in the year 1992 by the Erode Educational Trust with the aim of imparting Quality Pharmacy Education in the country. The Institution offers B. Pharm – a four years degree course, M.Pharm – a two year degree PG course and Ph.D degree in the field of the Pharmaceutics specialization. The college is recognized by the Govt. of Tamilnadu and affiliated to the Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. The college is approved by the PCI, and AICTE, New Delhi. The college is located in Veppampalayam, about 4 kms from Erode. The college is housed in a sprawling campus with an imposing building. It has an excellent atmosphere for advancement of one’s knowledge. The faculties of various departments are currently engaged in the contemporary research areas in different fields of pharmacy like, ADDS, Transdermal, scanning of various indigenous plants, and synthesis of same novel compounds of biological signification.
