M.Pharm [Master of Pharmacy] - Pharmaceutics
A candidates should have passed B.Pharm Degree examination of the TN Dr.M.G.R Medical University or B.Pharm examination of any recognized Indian University as established by law in India or should have completed any other degree courses in pharmacy recognized as equivalent by TN Dr.M.G.R Medical University or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and / or All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) for this purpose and should have secured not less than 50% of the maximum marks (aggregate of four years) prescribed for the qualifying examination. Then he / she shall be eligible for admission to the M.Pharm course. For SC/ST Category-I (Tamilnadu) candidates must have a degree in B.Pharm.
Two years (12 + 12 months).
Part-I: Extending for Twelve months from the commencement of academic term which includes four papers. At the end of M.Pharm Part-I, there shall be a university examination for M.Pharm Part-I.
Part-II: Extends to a period of Twelve months. At the end of M.Pharm Part-II, the candidate shall submit a dissertation on the topic approved by the University.
