INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE FEES PAYMENT

Dear Parent,

Online Fee portal is open through CLOBAS and Parents can proceed to pay Fee for your ward as per the instructions below;-

1. Go to www.ecp.ac.in

2. Click on online fee

3. You will be directed to CLOBAS login Page

4. Type the User name and Password provided by College.

5. On successful login click 'FEE DUE' icon.

6. Then proceed to pay fee due.

7. You will be re-directed to Bill desk Payment Gateway.

8. Select the mode of your choice viz., Internet Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card /UPI etc., and initiate payment.

9. Transaction Charges applicable are as follows:

5 Credit Cards Transaction processing Fee (American Express/Diners) 2.70% of Transaction Amount
6 International Card 2.85% of Transaction Amount
7 Wallets, Prepaid Cash Card 1.85% of Transaction Amount
8 NEFT/RTGS Rs. 20 Per transaction
9 EMI/BNPL/EasyPay-Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, Bank A/c, NBFC etc., 1.00% of Transaction Amount
10 EMI/BNPL/EasyPay-American Express/Diners Credit Card 2.70% of Transaction Amount

10. Post successful fee payment Receipt will be generated.

11. The College will also continue to collect fees through Demand draft at any bank.

12. In online payment mode, don't make multiple attempts without checking your bank account/card statement in case of any failure transaction.

Privacy policy

The details provided by you shall be utilized only for the purpose of receiving the payments to be made by you to the Institution. All data shall be kept secure, and shall not be divulged to anyone or utilized for any other purpose.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

There is no cancellation option for the students / parents for their remittance online and in case of duplicate payment, end user has to approach accounts department of the College for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement.

Terms and conditions

If the transaction has FAILED for some reasons, you are REQUESTED TO WAIT for THREE DAYS before trying for payment again, please contact College accounts department for any discrepancy of online fee faced by you with reference to any of your transaction.

In any case, make a note of Reference/Transaction Details in case of Net banking or card payment.
